Arena Systems
The centrepiece of any large event or County Show is the arena. Its programme of displays and attractions make it the focal point of the whole event. The displays and demonstrations are all dependent on the quality of the sound system and microphones. When there could be up to 20,000 spectators in a small area, quality is essential.
Show Hire can supply several different configurations of equipment to suit any budget. The classic column speaker system is the preferred choice of many organisers. Using columns mounted on scaffold poles gives a good, clear sound, even for music. It is loud but will not overpower the rest of the show site.
For very large arenas where professional sound quality is a must, Show Hire offers the Electro Voice range of speakers. Using up to 16 ZX100t 100v line speakers, the system generates 3000 watts of sound giving concert quality sound to crowds in excess of 20,000.
A large range of microphones, amplifiers, mixer and commentary units are all available to complement the system, all professionally installed and maintained by our experienced staff.
